What do you do in your new role?

I work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure that we go the extra mile for our customers, whilst offering friendly and professional service at all times. I work closely with the team providing training and generally assist with the day to day team management.

What impact do you wish to make in your new role?

I will concentrate on the innovation side of the business by focusing on internal monitoring to improve our processes by becoming paperless, which reinforces the bank's objective to become more carbon-efficient, and will ultimately be beneficial for our customers.

How long you have worked for Conister Bank?

I joined Conister Bank 12 years ago as their receptionist, on a 6-week contract! Conister Bank fosters a productive environment where people can contribute and excel and loyalty is recognised.  

What is your favourite thing about working for Conister Bank?

I love that there is always something new to learn.  I am really passionate about learning new things, and I consider myself very fortunate to work with great people. Being an island-based company we work very closely together and the people are always super motivated and inspire me daily.
