It Starts with Our People

At Conister Bank, our Trustpilot feedback reflects the way our people work every day.

Since the beginning of 2026, we’ve invited customers to share their experience of Conister Bank through Trustpilot. It gives us an open, independent way to understand what’s working well, where things could be clearer, and where we can continue to improve.

We’re really pleased to currently hold an ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot score of 4.3. But the score itself isn’t the headline. What matters more is what sits behind it.

Trustpilot plays an important role in how we run the Bank day to day. It enables us to engage proactively with customer feedback, respond in a timely and appropriate way, and follow up where needed. Just as importantly, it helps us identify patterns early, escalate issues quickly and link customer insight directly to operational fixes and service improvements, so we can keep learning and improving.

Behind every review is a real customer, and a real member of our team, taking the time to listen, to explain, to solve a problem, or to make something feel easier and clearer than it did before. That might happen in person here on the Isle of Man, or quietly behind the scenes - spotting an issue early and putting it right. Both matter equally.

Our Trustpilot reviews reflect a range of customer experiences across our products and services. What they have in common is a consistent approach: listening carefully, learning from feedback and acting to improve the experience customers actually have.

That focus on clarity, follow‑through and continuous improvement is what we value most.
