Conister Bank Celebrates the Inaugural Elevate You Awards
On Thursday the 11th of September, Conister Bank backed the first-ever Elevate You Awards, a new initiative celebrating the achievements of women in business across the Isle of Man.
Hosted at Woodbourne House in Douglas, the sold-out event brought together inspiring leaders, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs for an afternoon of recognition, connection, and empowerment.
The awards, organised by L C Consultancy, shone a spotlight on women making a real difference in their fields. With an independent judging panel, Elevate You Awards were designed to be an accessible, inclusive, and merit-based platform for recognising talent on our Island.
The afternoon featured a keynote from Roisin Quinn, winner of BBC1’s Interior Design Masters, who shared her journey and encouraged attendees to embrace their boldness and to have confidence in their judgement.
“We’re pleased to support an event that celebrates diversity, innovation and leadership in our business community here on the Isle of Man” said Kerry Waddington, Head of Marketing and Communications at Conister Bank. “Events like this not only highlight the incredible talent we already have on the Island, but also set a great precedent - encouraging others to believe in their potential and strive for success.”
