Conister Bank Limited is a principal member of MasterCard® and is licensed to issue prepaid, debit and credit cards in the Isle of Man. Conister Bank Limited offers BIN sponsorship opportunities to prepaid programme managers and Conister Card Services Limited manages the set up, approval and ongoing monitoring of card programmes on behalf of Conister Bank Limited.

Conister Card Services Limited is the Group's hub of excellence and experience  for cards and electronic payment service and maintains expertise in card programme set up, card scheme regulation, fraud protection and anti-money laundering measures.
